1. Services Provided

Quick Connect Networks offers in-home and small business network services, including but not limited to:

  • Wi-Fi troubleshooting and optimization

  • Mesh system setup

  • Router configuration

  • Ethernet wall jack installation

  • Basic network security setup

  • Device prioritization and support

All services are subject to availability and are performed at the client’s request by appointment.

 

2. Booking & Payments

To book a service:

  • A deposit may be required depending on the service tier

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept [cash, credit card, Venmo, etc.—update as needed]

Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may result in a rescheduling fee.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds:

  • Deposits may be refunded at our discretion if cancellation occurs before work has started.

  • Once service begins, refunds will not be issued unless agreed upon in writing due to extenuating circumstances.

 

4. Equipment & Recommendations

We may recommend or install third-party networking hardware (routers, mesh systems, cables, etc.).
Quick Connect Networks is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Ongoing technical support for hardware unless explicitly agreed upon

  • Internet service provider (ISP) outages or speed issues outside the home

Clients are responsible for maintaining internet service with their provider.

 

5. Liability

While we take every reasonable step to ensure a safe and professional installation or service:

  • Quick Connect Networks is not liable for damage to client-owned devices unless caused by negligence

  • We are not responsible for lost data or internet downtime caused by client hardware or ISP issues

  • Any alterations to existing electrical wiring or structures must be handled by a licensed professional

 

6. Warranty & Support

All workmanship is guaranteed for 7 days following your service visit.
This includes:

  • Basic troubleshooting support by text or email

  • Adjustment of any configurations we set up during the visit

Support beyond 7 days may be subject to an additional service fee.

 

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously.

  • We will not share or sell your personal information

  • Any Wi-Fi passwords or device details are stored only for the duration of service, unless you ask us to keep them for future support
